How much will shipping be for my online order?

FREE SHIPPING NZ WIDE*

Within NZ, shipping costs are free on all full price items. If you wish, you can click to collect in-store and pick up from our Newmarket, Auckland Boutique.   

*Flat shipping rate of $12 on discounted products within NZ.

For multiple SALE items include the discount code 'SALESHIP' at the checkout to redeem FREE SHIPPING! (available to NZ customers only on orders of 2 items or more)

We ship worldwide! Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. 

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

Items will be shipped within 24 hours from purchase. Generally, all parcels are estimated to arrive on the next day within New Zealand. This is not a guarantee as it can depend on delays within the courier system - especially around busy times of the year such as Christmas. Please allow and extra 1-2 days extra delivery time for delivery to rural addresses.

If you wish to purchase EXPRESS SHIPPING please contact our boutique. While this may reduce your shipping time, we cannot guarantee an exact time period of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes October Reign ships internationally. International shipping costs will vary on the size of the parcel but generally start from $40 upwards. International parcels have an estimated delivery time of 6-8 working days.
