Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, October Reign is happy to offer an exchange, store credit or a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase on purchases that are unworn, have tags attached, and are in the same condition, with the exception of sale or discounted items.
The following conditions apply:
- To return an item you must first obtain an RAN (Return Authorisation Number) from firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning +6495205160.
- Items must be returned to October Reign within 7 days to: Shop 7, 30 Osborne Street, Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand 1023.
- To be eligible for a return all items must be in new & unused condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Unless faulty, we do not exchange or refund pierced jewellery for hygienic reasons.
- Shoes must be returned in its original packaging and box. We recommend that you try on new shoes on a soft surface, as we will not accept returns or refunds if the soles have any signs of wear.
- All returns and exchanges will not be processed until the product is returned to October Reign and upon inspection. Upon inspection of the returned products we will notify you upon the approval or rejection of your refund.
- October Reign does not cover or reimburse any return shipping costs. This is to be paid by the customer. We recommend items are returned back to October Reign with tracked shipping as October Reign is not responsible for any returns sent back that are lost in the mail.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE or faulty items or any items included in any promotion. This policy is strictly for full price items only.
- October Reign will attempt to fill your exchange as best as possible, however, it is not guaranteed your request will be available as exchanges will be based on stock availability.
- To complete your return we require proof of purchase ie. receipt/order number.
- If eligible for a refund, the shipping costs associated with your purchase will be deducted from the total refund amount.
